Accommodation (for individuals only)
The Congress Office has booked rooms for participants in many hotels in Paris, located near the Palais des Congrès or downtown Paris.
Please book your hotel using the form A, and send it to the Congress Office MTV BUREAU DU CONGRES as soon as possible.
Hotels are ranked according to categories and are described on the following pages. Please make three hotel
selections, in order of preference. Reservations will be made on a first come-first served basis, upon receipt of the reservation forms. The Congress Office will try to comply with the choices made by participants; if hotels selected are not available, the Congress Office will reserve the right to make your booking at the best alternative available.

The prices indicated are per room and per night, and include VAT and local tax. Breakfast is also included :
continental breakfasts or buffets are served, depending on the hotel. Please find the summary of the contracted hotels with location on following pages.
Deadline for hotel reservation
The Hotel Reservation Form (A) and the respective deposit must reach the Congress Office by April 25, 2000. For later reservations, they will be booked upon request, and will be charged with a late reservation fee of 50% of a one-night rate.
Reservation and confirmation
The Hotel Reservation Form must be sent together with the respective deposit according to your specific request. The Congress Office will send a confirmation letter, confirming the name of your hotel and exact price for the accommodation.
Telephone requests will not be accepted. Hotel allocations will be made on a first-come first-served basis. You are advised to reserve hotel rooms well in advance as rooms cannot be guaranteed after April 25, 2000. Please do not contact the hotel directly as all reservations are handled by the Congress Office.
If hotel reservations are made by a company, the participant will receive the corresponding hotel confirmation directly from the company.
Payment and voucher for individual registration.
Full payment should be made by April 25, 2000.
In order to settle the balance due on time, the final payment will be deducted by using the participant's credit card. The holder will have given his/her approval on the registration form.
Upon receipt of the balance due, and 3 weeks prior the congress, a voucher for hotel will be mail to the participant.
Any other expenses made during the stay at the hotel have to be settled directly with the hotel.
Payments must be made to the Congress Office, MTV CONGRES DU JUBILE, in Euros or French francs, as described on the Registration " Methods of payment " chapter, page 12.
Changes and cancellations of reservation
Cancellations or changes must be notified by writing only, and must be received by the Congress Office before April 26, 2000.
Cancellation fees are as follows :
Until April 25, 2000 included : deposit non-refundable
From April 26 to May 26, 2000 : 50% of full invoice of accommodation non-refundable
From May 27 to June 25, 2000 : 100% of full invoice of accommodation non refundable
