Individual Registration
The full registration form (A form) should be returned by mail only (p.1 and 2) to the Congress Office :

The registration form must be filled out in capital letters, with all the information required (complete address and phone number) and must specify if the invoice address is different from the mailing address.
This form is to be used for registration of one participant only and his or her accompanying person(s). If the accompanying persons are also participants, they must fill out an individual registration form. Additional
registration forms are available at the Congress Office, MTV CONGRES DU JUBILE.

*Reduced fees apply only to students below 30 years of age. The participants applying for a reduced fee must provide an official letter from the head of their department, university or institution. This fee covers the same services as the regular individual registration fee, with the exception of the Paris guided tour and of the transportation ticket which, in this case, will not be provided.

NOTA : participants wishing to have a public institution covering their registration fee must first send payment to the Congress Office for registration, and apply for reimbursement at the institution. Payments should be sent
together with the registration form (see payment procedures below)
Individual registration fees include:

* Entrance to the exhibitions
* Attendance at the Opening Ceremony and at the welcome cocktail (if seats are still available at the time of
registration)
* A delegate bag with final program, official badge, book of abstracts and other congress material
* A guided tour of Paris
* A transportation ticket "Paris Visite", for the Paris public transport (RER, bus and metro), which you can use
for the duration of the Congress (Monday June 26 to Friday June 30, 2000)
Registration fees for accompanying persons include:
* Entrance to the exhibition hall
* Attendance at the Opening Ceremony and at the welcome cocktail (if seats are still available at the time of
registration)
* A guided tour of Paris
* A transportation ticket "Paris Visite", for the Paris public transport (RER, bus and metro), for the duration of
the Congress (Monday June 26 to Friday June 30, 2000)
An individual financial particiaption will be requested to attend the Congress Gala Night. Due to a limited number of seats, registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
DEADLINE FOR LOWER REGISTRATION FEE : DECEMBER 15, 1999
On-site registration
After April 25, 2000 the only possibility to register will be on site. Registration forms received to the Congress Office after April 25, 2000 will not be accepted. Participants wishing to register on-site are advised to arrive early. They will be provided with a congress bag and official documents if available. If not available, the congress material will be sent to these participants after the Congress. On-site registration procedure will take place starting Monday June 26, 2000, at 2:00PM, at the Registration desk, in the Palais des Congrès. On-site registration will be carried out on a first-come, first-served basis, priority will be given to pre-registered delegates.
Confirmation
We kindly request the appropriate payment at the same time as returning registration and accommodation form A. Upon receipt of the registration form and corresponding payment, the congress office will sent a confirmation to the participant which also serves as an invoice. From June 1, 2000, a final confirmation letter will be sent to participants. It should be shown at the registration office for the delivery of the Congress material. Congress registration is valid for the total duration of the Congress; daily registration is not possible.

Payment of registration fees
The registration form must be provided along with the total registration fee. The fee will correspond to the one applicable on the date of receipt of the registration form at the Congress Office.
Only the delegates from countries where financial transactions are not easily carried out will be able to register without having to provide any prepayment. They need, however, to send a cover letter along with the registration form. Payment will be made during the Congress at the fee applicable on the date of receipt of the registration form and cover letter.
Methods of payment
Payment for registration to W.P.A. International Jubilee Congress must be sent to the Congress Office, MTV CONGRES DU JUBILE, in Euros or French francs, by credit card or bank transfer only.
We recommend that you pay by credit card. Bank transfers are expensive since you have to pay the bank charges twice : those of the bank in your own country and those of the French bank.
* Credit cards : Credit cards (Visa Card or Eurocard/Mastercard) may be used for charging all costs. Your credit card
number, expiration date, name and signature should be filled in on the form. If the total amount indicated by
the holder is lower or higher than the final invoice, the Congress Office will make immediate corrections to the
amount to be deducted.
* Bank transfer : bank transfer charges must be paid by the participants. Please instruct your bank accordingly.

* Bank transfers from a foreign bank will be charged 25 Euros (150 FRR) for French bank charges.
Cancellation
Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing only to MTV CONGRES DU JUBILE. In case of cancellation by March 15, 2000, the registration fee will be refunded less a handling charge of 80 Euros (525 FFR). Reimbursements will be transferred (bank information is needed) after the Congress.
No refund will be made after this date.
Group Registration
The group registration procedure concerns groups of over 20 persons, using an official Group Registration Form (please contact the Congress Office MTV CONGRESS OFFICE in order to receive the form).
How to register for a group :
The leader of the group must send a letter to the Congress Office with his/her full address and contact numbers, specifying the number of registrations booked, along with the registration payment (copy of money transfer or credit card number used for payment). The group registration may benefit of the lower registration fee when
payment is received by the Congress Office before December 15, 1999, even without the list of the participants.
By March 25, 2000, the Congress Office must receive the Official Group Registration Form, specifying the list of names of the participants and complete information regarding their respective addresses. If the Group Form is sent after that deadline, registration fees for late registration will be applied.
Until April 25, 2000, changes and replacements of participants are possible. After that deadline, replacements will no longer be accepted, and will have to be dealt with on site. The difference between the fee paid and the on-site registration fee will be settled for each replacement.
Cancellation
All registrations prepaid have to used. No reimbursement is possible.
Congress material
The leader of the group or of the partner company will receive all the final individual confirmations for participants registered, and will communicate these confirmations to the participants, if so required. The leader of the Group or of the partner company will collect the Congress material for all the participants registered, upon presentation of final confirmations. This procedure starts on Monday June 26, 2000, from 2:00PM to 6:00PM, at the " Group Pre-registration Desk ", at the Palais des Congrès.
